Pearl Lee

Pearl Lee is a Bronx-born entrepreneur, producer, and longtime advocate for the arts. A pioneer in the home video industry, she helped launch and manage some of the first video distribution and retail companies in New York before founding her own successful media ventures. As co-owner of Kultur International Films, she helped build the world's leading performing arts video publisher, distributing more than 1,000 titles featuring internationally acclaimed artists and cultural programming. Pearl has also served as an executive producer on several documentaries and remains active in the arts community through music, performance, and creative outreach throughout New Jersey.

Stephanie Long

Stephanie Long is a New Jersey-based writer, educator, filmmaker, and creative professional with an MA in Writing and an MAT in English Education. Her work spans writing, teaching, editing, web design, social media management, and independent film production. As a writer and director, she has led several local film projects, including the FilmOneFest finalist, "The Last Fry." Whether working in the classroom, behind the camera, or with creative clients, Stephanie focuses on clear communication, strong storytelling, and meaningful audience engagement.

Thomas Ryan Ward

Thomas Ryan Ward is a Monmouth County, New Jersey-based writer, director, actor, and producer with a passion for independent filmmaking and storytelling. He has written, directed, and starred in a variety of local film projects, including the comedy "Major Problems." His work spans narrative film, comedy, theater, and digital media, with a focus on character-driven stories and creative collaboration. Thomas remains active in the regional arts community, developing new projects, supporting emerging filmmakers, and helping build opportunities for creative talent throughout the East Coast. He is also a special needs educator, who worked for over 20 years in conjunction with the Kennedy Center VSA Arts Program.
